Monitor settings

The fact that light comes from behind a picture on your computer screen may generate a luminance which it will not possess on photographic paper, although Psyche Fine Art photographs have rich tones and in other respects computer images do not do them justice; also, some monitors will have brightness and contrast settings adjusted so high as to burn them out, thus producing a very misleading impression. In most of these pictures the folds in the fabric behind the model ought to be only barely distinguishable, while the junction between it and the floor should be indistinct.  If your monitor is adjusted so that this is what you see, it will also be giving a good idea of the appearance of the actual photographs when hung (as they should be) in no more than moderate light.
